Why This Platform Exists

Decades of cricket.
One clear gap.

Jitendra Jagdale spent his career as a cricketer, coach, and MCA observer watching the same problem repeat: talented young players with no development record. Coaches were using WhatsApp and paper. Parents had no visibility. Academies had no data. No one was building anything to fix it at the grassroots level.

SWPI was built because Jitendra knew exactly what coaches needed — and knew that no software company had ever actually worked at this level to understand those needs from the inside.

The domain expertise behind this platform is not something that can be replicated by reading a coaching manual. It comes from decades on the field, in the dugout, and in the MCA observer's seat.

Jitendra played the U-17 Satkar Trophy under the captaincy of Sachin Tendulkar and later became an MCA Match Observer — one of very few founders who has seen Indian cricket development from both the grassroots player's perspective and the institutional oversight level.
