We understand academies are sharing sensitive data about minors. Security and privacy are not afterthoughts — they are the foundation of how SWPI is built.

Separated Academy Data
Every academy’s records are kept separate from every other academy’s. No player data is shared or visible between institutions.
Our commitment: SWPI will never sell, share, analyse, or monetise any academy’s player data for any purpose other than delivering the coaching intelligence the academy subscribes to. Your players’ data is not our product.

Academy-Level Data Sovereignty

Your academy’s data belongs to your academy — period. Coach A from Academy A cannot see, search, or access any player from Academy B. Every request carries an academy identity, and every database query is filtered by it — a boundary we have audited statement by statement across the platform.

Role-Based Access Control

Your administration decides exactly who sees what. Head Coaches and Directors can add and manage the full player roster. Assistant Coaches can record assessments but cannot add, import, or export player records, and personal contact details stay hidden from them. Parents never receive a login into your academy’s data — only their own child’s report.

Minor Data Protection

Recorded parental consent is required before any AI analysis of a child’s data — captured with the parent’s name, their relationship to the child, and a timestamped audit trail. Analysis is blocked without it, consent can be withdrawn at any time, and your academy can pull the full consent record as a formal report.

Encryption & Secure Sign-In

Time-expiring sign-in tokens, with all traffic encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, never in readable form, and sensitive personal fields such as contact numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Administrator sign-in requires a one-time code sent by email. Backups run nightly, are encrypted, and expire on a 90-day schedule.

SWPI is not a product built in a boardroom. It was designed by a cricketer who understood the pain of having no objective data to guide his development — and no affordable way for young athletes to access the kind of biomechanical analysis that elite players take for granted.

As a current Match Observer for MCA (Kanga League), Jitendra brings first-hand understanding of what selectors look for. He has built SWPI to give every student-athlete in a Mumbai or Pune school the data, visibility, and opportunity that was previously only available to those who could afford private academies.
